This policy explains what Corkage collects when you use our quote tool or product catalogue, why we collect it, who it is shared with, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

| How you reached us | Campaign tags in the link you clicked, such as the source, medium and campaign name, and the page that referred you. |
| Usage data | Pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected through Google Analytics. |
We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, bank details, Aadhaar, PAN or any other government identifier through this website. Invoicing and payment happen separately, after a quote is agreed.
Why we collect it
- To prepare and send you the quote you requested.
- To follow up on that enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To raise a GST invoice and keep the accounting records the law requires, if you place an order.
- To understand which products and campaigns generate enquiries, so we can improve the tool.
We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Cookies and measurement
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to count visits, measure which campaigns lead to enquiries, and avoid showing you the same ad repeatedly. These cookies do not identify you by name. You can block them in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's browser opt-out add-on. Blocking them does not affect your ability to build or submit a quote.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become orders: 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
- Customers who place an order: for as long as the retention period required under applicable Indian tax and company law, because invoices and order records are statutory documents.
- Analytics data: retained by Google under its own standard retention settings, in aggregated form.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it entirely. Email corkage.life@gmail.com with the subject line "Data request" and the business name and phone number you used. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your data means we lose the record of your quote and past orders, so please ask only if that is what you want.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Enquiry data sits in access-controlled Google and email accounts held by Corkage Retail. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not collect more than we need in the first place.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy. If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here for 30 days.
